Custom Pet Portraits By Helen retains the right to all images. No images can be reproduced for profit without prior permission from custom pet portraits by helen. Digital files may be printed with a 3rd party for personal use. 

Due to the custom nature of pet portraits and tight lead times during holiday season, I cannot offer any refunds. You will be sent a  picture of your portrait for approval before it is mailed to you. 

Orders lost or damaged in the mail are not the responsibility of the artist and unfortunately cannot be refunded or remade due to high demand during holiday season. I please ask your patience on this issue and I will deal with it accordingly on a case by case basis.
